Rory's Dad Posted October 29, 2013 Posted October 29, 2013 You may have gathered that we are thinking of continuing with our regular meets with Lancs and Mancs. The idea is we meet at this café in Cracoe at 10:00 on a Sunday for something to eat and drink and then we can head for the hills. Obviously these events are highly dependent on the weather and sadly next Sunday 3 November is not looking too good. Nevertheless, please put this idea in your dairies and then we'll get a good turnout when the weather looks better! Rory's Dad Quote

Rory's Dad Posted October 31, 2013 Author Posted October 31, 2013 Right, this is it. We will LEAVE the café at 11:00am on Sunday 3 November. This is so there is time for a full English (me, me, me!) and time for others to get here.. My suggested route is that we head north through to Threshfield (fill up if it's open), Buckden, West Burton, Leyburn, Reeth, Muker, Hawes (fill up if it's open), Horton-in-Ribblesdale, Settle and from there make our way home. We can stop somewhere nice for lunch, depending on how it's going. Will this be the day that finally I need my half hood? Looking forward to this whatever the weather Rory's Dad Quote
