If that's your phone number @Bigchris092 I think you've missed a digit out? Probably a 7 after the 0? -
@AwB, do you happen to know its weight? I've always hankered after a V8 Westie, I imagined they'd be heavy but NA V8s apparently are not that bad in weight at all. Obvs a supercharger will add a bit, but that's gonna be well over 400/tonne, probably nearer 450! Be careful with it @AwB, mine is about 410/420 and it can be a handful if you don't have your wits about you!

Never these out my life £200

Nice to see the Turtle Wax out, is it safe to assume that you've done all the cars...? 😆 -

Not to be out done by @Stuart Davis AO - Devon Cornwall & Somerset I had my own early start this morning. Up at 2am to catch the sunrise at Glencoe. The Bridge of Orchy and Rannoch Moor were particularly stunning, though I don't think the pictures actually do it justice. Home via Castle Stalker, of Monty Python fame. 6hrs round trip and 270mls.

Honestly, I was 50:50 about buying, but seeing in the flesh I found the engine an inspired work of art, which convinced me that the craziness was worth it. That, and my 13 yo son behind me saying “do it, do it, do it”!!!!
-
Fantastic. Thanks @Euan Hoosearmy. @Martin Hewes AO Surrey and @Ross Seight… what a welcome. Following the thread and had joined the FB group a wee while ago just to lurk (and resurrected by FB account for that purpose!) I’m staying well clear of wet tarmac for a while… particularly on the Yokohama’s.

I have a set of 5 kei racing alloys that came with the car from factory. They are unused but do have a few very small bits of corrosion from storage. £275 no offers

Good to catch up with the chaps for the Fish & Chip run to Teignmouth this evening. Very different weather to last year when it poured down, and I forgot my cover 🤪 -

@Callum 7 Just a thought, but are there any club members that are closer to your intended purchase that might be able to go and check it over before you part with any money?

Maybe you could make some in Carbon..then the carbon hungry boys on here might want to buy some to get their carbon fix!

I filled the CPVC pipe with expanding foam to surround the steel pipe that goes through the center and provide some rigidity.
-
Huh, joker eh! They served a purpose and allowed it to pass inspection!! Joke really, but now they must come off!! Yes they are just 2" CPVC waste pipe with 1/2" black pipe frame and supports. Worked really well.
-
agreed!!! However they were good enough to pass the inspection!! Onwards!!

That’s an Seight of the highest order, we have a FB group for Seights and their owners and we would love you to join us if you would like. Loads of owners on there and a wealth of knowledge and experience. PS if there are any other Seight owners who would like to join you’re more than welcome.👍
