I use these super bright white light halo side light and a useful large indicator got them off ebay £42 had them on about 18 months faultless had to slightly trim the shells as a gnats tight one of the best purchases I've made if using the indicators then you need an led flasher unit which just plugs in I got an adjustable one for just £6 amazon special works great under 50 quid to see safely in the dark and be seen well worth it.

Haha i wont lie first spin out i rolled back out of a drive slight down hill and all i herd was the diffuser scrape along the floor and i could have cried it normally takes me a short while to get in and out that time i was out within seconds lol
-
Epic looking car, love the colour, I'd love a rear diffuser like that on mine, I have already ripped mine off once though and it doesn't even stick out lol
-
Got any links to the LED bulbs that work? Ive driven mine a few times at night and its worse than my old CRX or Fiesta RS which was like driving blind lol
-
Did these sell?
-
Make sure you know which length you need, my 93 SEWI used shorter ones from the factory.

Yep planning to do more once the salty roads end gritting like mad my way now , tbh this is all bran new to me ive always had cars and done alot of kz go karts but the kit car scene is all new and if honest its a little overwhelming once you start looking at what you want to do ect nothing seems a simple or straightforward job but i love it next summer will be great
-
Your missing out not driving at night it's really good in a westie nice set of led lights less than 60 quid job done enjoy.
-
Thanks mate i really do love it i believe the old owner is on this site , some one called gav, i brought it off a lad who had only had it a short time not much info with whats what on the car. i also dont drive it at night but the bulbs sound a good upgrade incase i get caught out one evening so il 100% look into the lights, i do fancy some track days but having only driven it twaice 😩 im a fine weather driver lol i feel i need more time in the car and then book a few track days to see what its like when pushed. i am in process of looking for tillet seats and il get some 13 inch wheels for track days, but roll on next summer i cant wait to be in it again

Carbon dash, double bubble aeroscreen, full cage, great colour, rear diffuser, big red key, what's not to like! Looks like a fantastic car. A couple of things I'd make comment on, a Longacre wide angle rear view mirror would be a good upgrade especially if you do track days and if you haven't already got them fitted, some LED bulbs for those Dominator headlamps will help at night as they are not great. I have both these items on my caged Zetec turbo and I wouldn't be without either. Many people will tell you to change the headlamps, and they are right, Dominators look great but are not brilliant at night with standard bulbs. I don't tend to drive mine at night much at all so I just fitted some good LED bulbs mainly to be seen by mere mortals in the daylight. Buy Longacre Wide Angle Rear View Mirror Kit | Demon Tweeks https://share.google/RmwDEs85e2vr0H6nk You can buy other brands for a lot less money. -

680kgs, well over 200bhp at the wheels, 220lbft of torque at 3k rpm….sluggish is a term I would most certainly not use….around a track, the BEC is going to be a quicker, but on the road, when you are scrambling around to drop three gears, the V8 has instantaneous acceleration even in 5th……sluggish it is not!
