We took our narrowboat on the lift a few years ago. Absolutely stunning feat of engineering. I recall chatting to one of its operators about the costs of spare parts and maintenance. I was told the hydraulic rams had been replaced at a cost of over one million pounds. Produced in Italy apparently…

Saturday dinner time, sat doing nothing in particular, some friends say they're going skiing, anyone want to join them. An hour later I'm at their house booking it. Monday morning I'm on my way to Andorra for 3 days skiing. 13 years since the last time and 39 from my first time on snow. I've had a great time and can't wait to do it all again next year. This is what retirement is all about.

Indeed, I completed it in quadruplicate such that I retained a copy for my records which I am now attempting to retrieve in order to prove you wrong. I suspect your copies got lost in the labyrinthian state of your "in" and "out" boxes. It really is something about which you should get a grip.

Billing and shipping addresses have been updated, but it wasn't really necessary as the mailing list is compiled using the information from your profile. However, I note that you moved without filling in Form JZ1709-F, Permission To Relocate To A New Domicile, and submitting in triplicate with one copy in my Inbox and two copies in my Outbox, prior to moving. Yes Captain. The magazine etc used to come to the correct address and it seems like it's only the billing address that is wrong!

Is your BS35 address the correct one?

I have just renewed my membership but note that the billing address is showing my previous address and not my current address. I have tried to amend it to no avail. Could one of the back room team do it or doesn't it matter? Many thanks.
