I have today spoken with Damian and he's back open for the time being, before having another mukti-week closure period from early March for medical reasons. Still reckons he can turn my car around for road tripping. I am feeling cautiously optimistic.

Will be going all out this year to make this one a show to remember to celebrate the Club's 40th Anniversary in style. We would like to put on a very special display of Westfield Cars through the 40 years inside the marquee and are looking for cars of significance. I live just east of harlow and attended the essex group meet which is 10 min from chelmsford at battlesbridge its the 2nd Sunday of the month its the only meet in essex and probably your closest meet your more than welcome to come along great bunch of friendly people.

Just to bring this full circle....I had what I believe is the first calendar/magazine arrive at my house yesterday. It was post-marked December 15th. This means it took just shy of two months to arrive. I have to wonder where the original envelope spent the last two months! Thank you for getting the original and then the replacement out to me. I feel funny about asking for a replacement now and at the same time who expects something to take so long in the post? dave
