Hi A pair of Westfield 4 pot calibers along with EBC Green Stuff pads in good condition ... removed from my Megabusa when switched to Willwood radial units .. see photos for mount diamensions ... £175 + P&P at cost

Thanks for that. This was me experimenting this summer with a slightly cranked lever: It's hard to see from the angle but it does tuck under the dash a bit. With the size of the Westfield remote I do seem to have to choose between under the dash or reaching back a bit, at least with the lever with the amount of crank that I had. When the weather improves I'll experiment a bit more 😁

Type 9 Gear lever extension
Trevor Little (Trevturtle) replied to Ricky_B Joint Kent AO's topic in Parts Wanted
The Type 9 gear lever was bent as close to the bottom as possible. (Oxy acetylene heated to cherry red, then bent) Then the shaft was shortened and re-threaded. It has been used for a number of years. No problems at all. I made a jig to clamp the lower end of the gear lever in a vice. That 1. Avoid damaging the bottom end of the lever. 2. Controlled where the bend starts, e.g. not too low. The car is a wide body 2L Zetec, with an initially MT75 gearbox, but it was later converted to a Type 9. -

Couple of questions, what's the wood in front of the radiator for? And don't you find dust sheets, curtains etc can get damp and cause issues? I threw a pair of curtains out recently damn it! I just usually use a good breathable car cover. -

Very impressive! I’ve been trying to do a brief attempt at an owners/workshop manual for the Midlana. Very difficult to find the motivation tbh. Done about 20 pages so far. -

Anyone want to meet up tomorrow morning, 2nd November at the Motorist? Have a chat and a coffee if the queue isn't too long. The weather is looking good and it might be one of the last chances to get out this year. I'll be there from 11am. -

What the postie brought today!

Thank you Bob. Yes, I copied and pasted every page in it's entirety directly from the forum (including comments) into a Word document, keeping my text in 'black' and changing club member comments to 'blue'. Tbh, it was an extremely tedious and time consuming process, but I wanted to capture everything. The final couple of pages show the emojis of all the contributors 🙂. After formatting to remove spaces between entries and to get suitable margins, I saved the file to 'pdf' (approximately 94 Mb in size) and sent it off to an internet company be printed. The printing cost less than £100, compared to almost £200 in one of the high street 'specialist' shops. -
