Chrome Yellow Westfield Duratec Sport 2000
Kingster replied to Nige_T's topic in Westfields for Sale
I think the market is a bit flat. But nothing wrong with the advert, the car or the price in my view! I am surprised it hasnβt sold - maybe try expanding the audience on other platforms? - Today
-
Can anyone please comment on why they think this isn't moving? Have I said something in the Ad that looks wrong? Is it over-priced? Wrong time of year? Something else? This is an amazing car, drives like a dream, has no faults, needs no work, has year's MOT, I could go on. Thanks.

I've used many different one's and all leaked after regular on off use some cheap and not so cheap ended up buying a pond liner for only 35 quid and that hasn't leaked at all after 12 months and folds up reasonably well I just put bricks round the bottom every 2 feet I also use a lightweight dust cover underneath if your leaving outside over winter then you need to use an air conditioned carcoon or similar.

Hello, im not sure if its allowed in this area but im looking to get a decent outdoor cover for my westfield. Currently I have an all weather cover which seems OK. Would like to know what other covers people are using outdoor and if they have any decent ones they would recommend π Cheers Michael

That was me in 'pictures of my westie'. It was a picture of Wallace and Gromit. If the fact that Wallace and Gromit were in the car didn't give the game away that it wasn't real then the way that the steering wheel was positioned plus the way that the windscreen interacted with pretty much everything really did. It demonstrated that chatgpt had no real knowledge of how cars work.

Warwickshire Area Curborough Track Day September 19th
mtownsend replied to Martyn Vann - Warwickshire AO's topic in Track Days
Is there any noise restrictions for the trackday? -
Thank you Steve. Funny you should say that, as people who came up to me at the aerodrome also thought it was a Jag. Btw, I don't have any Lotus badges on it to give away any clues π.

Hi all! Having had our August meet one week earlier than usual, the September meet will be this Thursday, also a week earlier! Don't forget that there are a couple of places available for our track day on Friday 19th September. Pics from the last meeting in August.-

Such a great looking car, reminds me a little of the C-Type and D-Type Jag race cars.

I went out for the first proper drive ever (after 600 miles) by myself. Glorious sunshine and decent roads. Maybe I enjoyed myself too much, as 'Life360' (the app we use to keep track of family members) reckoned I had 35 'risky events' over 47 miles...π¬. I ended up at my usual haunt (Elstree Aerodrome) for a cup of coffee. One day I'll find a nice vintage aeroplane for the XI to pose against π.
