Hi Dave. I'm not sure if you are on the map I thought I had sent messages to anyone who wasn't SORN. It's a shame it isn't up to date but up to members to put their location on there if they want. Once things get a bit more sorted out it might be worth using What's App which might suit some people if they don't use Facebook. To be honest I'd rather not use Facebook but people use it more as it's free. I can't remember how much of this forum can be seen by non members. Where about's are you, if your in West Wiltshire then meeting we are doing is still probably going to be a fair drive. Not a great time of year to be starting this really.

Hi I'm a club member living in Wiltshire and I've obviously seen your messages but at the same time I'm not not on Facebook maybe like some other members. As regards the club not giving out anyone's details that's fair enough but have you looked on the Community Map to see what members are in Wiltshire? It's not foolproof as it's not compulsory and the members have to enter themselves on it. You don't have to give accurate location details you can just give the name of your town or even just Wiltshire to keep it private, and obviously it can only be accessed by members. Maybe it's time for someone to remind club members of its existence again? Hope this helps. Dave

Last time I looked the weather seemed OK, keeping everything crossed in the hope it stays that way. I started up a Facebook group as a way of finding others living locally who might be interested as the club can't give out anyone's details. I've got 24 people on there who are interested in having a local meeting. Not all own Westfields and so far the only one apart from me that uses the forum is Stuart which is a bit of a shame.

Looking to put it back to predominantly road use and the odd track day and sprint/hillclimb maybe. First stage of the lan is to get it onto a rolling road to sort the engine and to maybe replace the existing straight cut four speed gearbox. interior will need seats etc sorted but it’s a great looking project and a car I know the complete history of.
