Sports seats for sale (Black with yellow piping)
GaryD1971 replied to Ross the Scottish exile's topic in Parts for Sale
Hi Ross. Are these seats still available? -
Welcome Paul, the car looks superb but that Grin is priceless & I think you get them free of charge when you buy your first Westy & have to wear it every time you think, look at or drive it. Happy motoring 🙏

Hiya all, since owning my SEight I’ve pondered what the long term future of the Petrol Engine or more to it “sustainable fuel” will be, but I’ve not worried about it for too long, as I can use it in the now. But having worked/supported 13 yrs at JLR in their EMC (engine manu ctr) now known as their EPMC (electric propulsion manu ctr) in Wolves, seeing the mass reduction in ICE engine output becoming EDU’s for EV’s, you see first hand the government/eco warrior led direction of the biggest UK vehicle manufacturer forced away from ICE over to the EV revolution. However, I read the following article that seems to give me hope, that I can leave my Westy to my grandson (he’s only 2 bless him 🥰) in the future, with the hope he’ll join the WSCC in years to come & drive it & correspond with all your kids & grandkids long after I’m gone to the big Westy garage in the sky. https://www.supercar-driver.com/blog/the-future-is-synthetic-but-dont-panic-just-yet#:~:text=But the plan is to,Brace yourself. Would be interested to hear if anyone has knowledge of developments, timing, UK infrastructure for alternate fuels via their work or motorsport, that gives us a glimpse of the future of E85 or whatever the synthetic fuel becomes know as to buy from my local BP and drive off with a rumble + spit & bang on the A5 in Staffordshire?

Sorry, I'll miss this one. However, hopefully it'll be the last one I miss for a while. I'm 95% there now on the repairs etc. The shattered clutch foot rest has now been replaced, strengthened and re-sealed in. The FreeWheel and BeamStop went back on the car today, and after testing, all seem to be working OK. I need to tidy the wiring back up again now, wire in the phone charger/mount, then the scuttle can go back on. So, very, very close now! Have a good one! -
Think I've most of the bits just need to check if I've got a fuel rail

Barn find 1992' ish 2.00 Pinto SEi for sale
NotMcGoohan replied to NotMcGoohan's topic in Westfields for Sale
Bottom line is £1900 in order to avoid lots of interaction by selling parts separately. If it is 'broken' for spares then the value could be quite a bit higher! For example, the pre 2019 mod windscreen pillars are worth £200+ each! Windscreen £150. Two complete sets of allys (ignoring the tyres) would fetch at least £400. NEW front wishbones are like hens teeth... ergo another £500. Then there is the axle, gearbox, engine and twin Webers. I could go on!! -

Started off in and out of drizzle, but dry here near Daventry! It would have been good to catch up with you at Wellesbourne. I'm sorry to hear that you aren't well. I hope your health improves soon. -
Thinking about a Westfield and wanted to say hi
Mighty Mart replied to Caldrin's topic in The Start Line
Been with A-Plan who are now Howden for the last 8 yrs or so with no issues. About 3 yrs ago, they also blew my existing house insurance out of the water price wise so house and contents insurance through them too ever since. For the kast two renewals on my Westfield, there has been no noticeable price increase either .... -
