Yes, a shiny Β£15 titanium bolt ππ I did try and find a "normal" bolt but it has a 1/8 BSPT thread and nobody seems to do one with a large enough head to hold the o-ring in place π€·ββοΈ -

Taken at Futura cars open day, not sure who took the photo, but stolen from @Julie Hall - WSCC AO Representative . It's dirty due to the hosepipe ban in Yorkshire, but still looks good in the sunshine π βοΈ π -

Mathew Vernon - Membership Secretary replied to Stuart Davis AO - Devon Cornwall & Somerset's topic in The Start Line
Hmmm, I don't think so. To be honest I didn't really get time to have a good look - just pulled them out of the box in excitement to snap a photo, so the bracket may well be at the bottom. My current system uses one of those U-shaped exhaust brackets bolted to a piece of flat bar which is attached to the bobbin. I'll check in the box later and if not will get back in touch with Mark -

Hi @Ross Seight - Yes, repackable silencer. I think it was a really good deal Can was Β£250 Cat pipe Β£285 Plus the dreaded VAT on top Lead time was a couple of weeks and arrived well packaged etc. Quality looks fantastic, but you'll likely already know that if you have them on your V8 -

I'll just add its the front tyres that wear out more than the rear im probably a little hard on them cornering they will do more mileage on other cars -

I find myself perturbed by the lack of orange cars tbh. Was this a nice slow run then? π I'm kidding of course. Always a great turn out whenever Julie organises anything. What's it the younger people say these days, 'I'm well jel' ? -

Have a great day Ian! I've always wanted to ask, and being as today is your birthday (which by law means you are not allowed to slap another WSCC member on that day), I thought I'd crack out my latest dad-joke for you..... Ian is a very clever chap, does that make him a Kinder egg-head? Groan. Have a fab day Ian. Oh yeah, try not to run a marathon today eh? Put your feet up and rest ππ
