Ok, thanks for the education, much appreciated. I don't have a water rail on my blacktop then, but then I don't think it's fittable to mine as I have a turbo in the way? I don't have the plastic thermostat housing either, I've got an aluminium upgraded part.

Would this fit a zetec black top?

The water rail modification on the zetec, essentially removes the long "hockey stick" 90 degree hose from the thermostat housing on back of the engine (in rear wheel drive applications) to the radiator in the nose. The Zetec plastic thermostat housing is a bit fragile (becomes brittle with repeated heat cycles) and replacements are hard to find so its a common modification. Here's a water rail from Burtons

It neatens up the top hose plumbing bringing it to the front of the engine, and replaces the original plastic thermostat housing which can become brittle with age and crack. Looks pretty, too!

I've seen the term 'water rail' quite a lot on here recently, I've no idea what that is though or what it does, why it's better etc. Anyone like to explain in simple terms please?

Westfield alu front hubs These have been mounted onto the uprights but the car has never been used £200 for the pair plus shipping

Recently removed from my car’s Raceline water rail. These are £100.00 plus delivered from Burton Power. £40.00 inc post.

Removed the expansion bottle from my Raceline water rail setup and replaced it with a proper header tank system.

Hello everybody, just aquired a 2018 factory built AeroRace with Zetec Power. Intend to run it purely for Track Days for my son. Also run a Mx5 Zsport. Pembrey and Llandow are our local circuits, with hopefully excursions further afield as well. Looking forward to benefitting from the knowledge that abounds here and joining in where I can.

Hi Ash, have these got enough flex in them to fit a narrow SE.

Just abit of a bump here Ive decided to only offer these in what i would call race quality due to the fact of how much time it takes to clear coat them and im snowed under at the moment and my race quality is more often better than most people's first quality and it will be at a reduced cost for the customer. So i'm offering these race quality double bubble aeroscreens at £275 plus shipping and what does "race quality" mean the product comes out the oven it trimmed and has a light polish so there could be slight surface imprefections .
