Great run out last night.. I peeled off down the 167 south... Tipped my spanners out on one of the corners slamming the anchors on... Bummer! Wish I knew the road, every brow it felt like ahhhhh left or right... 😁 Couldn't get heat in the tyres at first.. I need to put the new ones on.. 😁 Still dunno where we went.. 😁 Funnily it wasn't that cold

Any one fancy a run out or meet me there? Its the season finale of the Classic saloon car championship, plus sevens. I aim to get there about 10am and head to Lodge corner, during the lunch break I have a mooch around the paddock, the I drive out the main gate and round to the Knickerbrook entrance and up to Brittens chicane for the rest of the day.

Good day out at Croft on Monday. Looked dodgy driving there with the mist and drizzle, but despite a pretty slippery start the circuit dried out nicely. We've also finally got a handle on the cooling - the car stayed within bounds all day, without any coddling or slow laps to cool. Really pleased! Nice to see another Westfield on track too - a red Zetec. Forgot to ask the driver if he was a club member!

We are back to the usual 3rd Thursday of the month for the meet, coming up this week. Also as usual, we will be there from about 7.30pm. We will be indoors for this one so the Nook will be reserved for us. Don't forget deposits for the Christmas meal! The Falcon, Birmingham Road, Hatton, CV35 7HA.
