I'm sure everyone on here is rooting for you guys Nigel! I've yet to see the new Se.Na but am really looking forward to it, I would imagine the new Prodev engine is pretty awesome!

@Nigel Trilk - Westfield Sportcars Ltd The new cars are looking really excellent and a very sensible progression from the prior models - it's wonderful to see you guys able to promote them publicly at last - good luck with the sales, keeping everything crossed for you! Mike

Thrills, heritage, and innovation meet on track. 🏁

Hi all, it was a pleasure to host Hedley and Rob last Friday and show the dynamic capabilities of the new cars. We'll get out to more of the club events next year for sure. Se.NA went down a storm with many calling it a "game changer" for Westfield. The engine with keep Westfield in the NA arena for many years to come and dynamically the car is a massive leap forwards. However, the slightly long-in-the-tooth Zetec car was still impressive as well (we've still got a few Final Edition Zetec kits available before they're all gone). In the meantime, I can clarify the XI History for you. This one, PHJ545K, we use for our events and track days now. An ex-customer car, we bought it last year from the owners widow who was thrilled to see it coming back to Westfield. It's 18 years post build and so well built it's still going strongly. It's on its donor A series (the customer owned and drove the donor too!) and pushes out a massive 65-68bhp! Just shows how these cars can last. The XV we ran in prototype trim, with 180 bhp on skinny 14's, all-round independent suspension and a part aluminium body - note the nose scoop. Everyone who drove it thought it was an absolute joy and I, not having driven it in anger before, couldn't wipe the smile off my face when I got back to the paddock (good job there were no pictures of that!). Another "game changer" perhaps? Once again, thanks to all at the club who provide support and encouragement to our business. Best Nigel Westfield Chesil Limited

    A714 Newton Stewart to Girvin

Yeah there are some great roads down in that neck of the woods. The A712 through the New Galloway Forest is a favourite and usually pretty quite too, though it's well known biker road too.

Hello.. new member from north Wales

Warm Welcome @Lukerobs your in safe hands here. Lots of knowledge! Lots of others with impulse buys too, garages full of Westfield spares and paraphernalia. Provided images are JPEG format there should be any issues. Do try again!

    A714 Newton Stewart to Girvin

I drove that road about three weeks ago in my Tiguan, and I was thinking exactly the same as you👍🏎️
  10. This morning I drove the A714 from Newton Stewart to Girvin. Unfortunately not in my Westfield. But what a fantastic road. 20 miles of twisty road with perfect tarmac and nothing else on the road at 930 on a Monday morning. Oh and the views aren't bad either ! If you visiting the Galloway Forrest or close by, it's a fab run
  11. @WSCC Webmaster pm sent
  12. Not been able to reproduce this. Can you go to whatismybrowser.com and pm me the code it says to send to a developer please.
  13. It's still happening in both browsers. Anyone any ideas? @WSCC Webmaster?
  14. I didn’t fit mine but I have removed it which seemed pretty easy. I’m sure others will come along who have fitted one and confirm either way. Either way I’ve attached Raceline’s instructions for you. It might be worth taking a look at BLiNK Motorsports instructions too (attached) and decide whether you want to run a header tank or expansion tank should you decide to fit a water rail. Instruct - Water Rail Fitting 2.doc Raceline WaterRail (BLiNK Logo).pdf The coolant temperature sensor fits on the back of the head in the rail. The rail comes with a couple of 1/8” NPT tapped holes for this purpose.
  15. Is the rail as easy fit? where does the coolant temp probe fit? interested in the housing if i can get the go ahead from Mrs A.

  21. Hello I'm luke rom north Wales a new member just acquired my first Westfield this week, must say i love it not surer why i haven't had one sooner after owning a variety of cars, i have joined the forum to gather as much information as possible as i don't know an awful lot. the car is a 2001 seiw in green has a red top engine and it goes really well i don't know to much regarding the engine itself i was told its had a fresh build a couple years ago with pistons etc.. and been told it has uprated cams but not sure as he didn't know and no receipts. i look forward to learning about the car and getting out in it next summer its a bad time to get one coming into winter but I'm very impulsive and once ide seen it had to have it

    Blacktop cam cover

Well Charlie, I'm using the Blacktop cam cover disguised as a Lotus Twincam cover. The smoother cover of the blacktop lends itself better to this than the heavily profiled Silvertop. Simple as that really !!

    Blacktop cam cover

I’m intrigued, as most want/prefer the earlier metal covers! Do tell….
