National Drive Your Westfield to Work Day (week) 2025: The 10th Anniversary Edition!
Steve G. replied to Quinten's topic in Stuff & Nonsense
I think I have driven mine to work more than anywhere else so far. I work somewhere with a gate so it's probably safer there than at home. Rain and mechanical issues have prevented me from driving it more. -
National Drive Your Westfield to Work Day (week) 2025: The 10th Anniversary Edition!
Robin Parker (Red Spider) - Yorkshire AO replied to Quinten's topic in Stuff & Nonsense
I could never take part as the work car park wasn't secure enough to leave the Westfield and I car shared with someone who "wouldn't fit" in it. I've now retired, so technically don't work any more. But I did take it in on my last day. -

Looking up the directions to the showground at Malvern on Google maps and found this. Not sure if it was 2023 or '24. -

Likewise, I am ‘house bound’ currently and didn’t go in. Been tough/impossible to get out this week. TBF I did make a significant effort last year!!! Would be good to see it continue. -

Apologies I WFH and don’t have a westy anymore 😲 would be good @Kit Car Electronics and Essex AO for you to take the reigns 😎 -

Come on folks, doesn't anyone drive to work anymore? (I don't 😆) Where are all the photos from last week? @Quinten I can run this event next year, would be a shame to lose it... -

As the week has come to an end, managed to get out of the house to run a small errand. I am now going to retire from organising this, and welcome anyone who wishes this to continue to pick up the reigns. If not, well, it was good runnings! -
Lotus, Caterham and Westfield Cars Day at the Museum, Peak District, Sun 15th June, FREE

Park in the naughty corner Jake and smile and wave at them 🤣 someone will come and talk to you -
It’s not an easy one to answer as they are both very different and I built the Westfield myself (then developed it for 9 years). All I can say is that right now I love the Lotus and don’t regret the decision, but do occasionally think it would be nice to have the sheer chuckability* of a “seven” when out with a group of them! * translates as super light, nimble and very quick in tight corners.

Calipers pistons and bleed nipples free and work as they should. Pads and disc done less than 1k miles. Disc's are the Westfield grooved disc's Collection preferred from CW11 Sandbach, or can meet up. £150ono

that's not a problem at all. I have already arranged pick-ups. I would like to know if this if this big tank fits with the boot in the back.

Carrot, that’s just being silly, blind man on a galloping horse can see it’s a triple level garage - there’s three different cars - one on each level - identifiable due to the positioning of the number plates - level 1 car is the same car as the last photo 🤨 -
SteveD is a legend !! I was with him last week if a genuine serious buyer does want to know if steve knows anything i can ask him but he may not remember .

Recent snap of your Westfield

Krimml Waterfalls is well worth a visit from there (if you haven't already been) -
Yeah we loved it last year spent 2 nights, same as this year. Our hotel gave us a summer card, which gave us free entry to loads of things, it was amazing and a complete contrast to Switzerland for value for money. We had a snowball fight in the morning and down to the lido for a swim in the lake in the afternoon (all free), awe the memories 😍 The snow was quite deep on the Gross last year!

I love Zell, had some great summer evenings around Crazy Daisy while testing cars at Gross Glockner - hope to go back one day 😍 -
That's very kind of you, though unfortunately I'll be in my tin top and not the Westfield. I'm spending 2 nights in Zell, it was lovely last year and then travelling down to Venice for 2 nights, for our 25th anniversary. 👍
