Had great service when I bought mine - was a reasonable wait, as I know they get busy, but amazing quality

Pair of Cycle wings painted in a Morgan red, unsure of brand, 7,5” wide, can supply the round indicators if required. Photos make them look better than they are. £65

What’s the width of them ?

I used to work with a guy who bought a 1970s Jag because he 'wanted something reliable' (yes, I know...) One day I overheard him phoning round the local garages saying over and over again: "Hello. Would you pass a Jag with broken windscreen washers?" "No?" "Do you know anybody that would?"
-
That's not so good I was hoping to drop them an order for a full cage and get ride of the RAC one I think I'll watch this space for a bit
-
I rang them up on Friday and was asked to leave my number so they could call back. I did email them later as I hadn't heard anything and did get a reply. It doesn't sound great hearing this as I was considering getting a cage from them, really wanted a rear cage though so have asked on here. Safety Devices don't seem interested in making me one and Westfield say they would have to order a few.

Caged Laser Engineering
Kit Car Electronics and Essex AO replied to Richard Slack's topic in The Start Line
I've never heard of any problems personally, but often these kind of things are made in small batches and so waiting times can vary a lot depending on how close to production they are. Fingers crossed for you, they are good quality items when available (mine was well packaged too). -
Hi everyone, I'm looking for a full rollcage for an FW widebody Westfield. Ideally a caged laser one, or any other FIA spec cage Thanks Richard
-
Hello everyone, I recently ordered a cage from this company but it's now been 8 weeks since I've ordered it (originally they quoted a 4-5 week wait) and they still haven't delivered it. Last time I phoned them (over a week ago) they said it would be in production this week just gone and painted and delivered next week, but they aren't even picking up the phone anymore nor responding to e-mails. Has anyone else had problems with this company / ordered a cage from them recently? Many thanks Richard

That's a shame Mat, really annoying. What you need is a super friendly mot place that will sort it for you on the quiet before next weekend. Tall order!
-
My money is on the funny little orange car. Cos they are always the quickest on the road.
-
Interpro have made me a new MOT cat after I failed last week, but due to my hols and their availability we can’t get it fitted until 9th June, meaning I’ll be in the Tintop for Malvern. Gutted - bdecided st Malvern last year to re-enter Westie ownership, with the aim of having the car ready for the show this year… Never mind, will be worth it when it’s five…

Quick release steering boss/steering wheel
Ian Kinder (Bagpuss) - Joint Peak District AO replied to Rednop1's topic in Parts for Sale
@JTR the pics above suggest so- Mine was done by Playskool (no longer trading, sadly), they just cut of the splined part and welded the slug to the column. I'd not fit this until you're through IVA though. -
Your kind sponsorship would be greatly appreciated- Great Manchester Run 1/2 Marathon 18th May 2025

Thanks to Paul- as I know several, I'm not sure exactly who you are, but I really appreciate it and I'm now into 4 figures, but please don't let this put you off donating, for anyone else keen to support this great charity- -
@Rednop1 Ash, does the quick release hub weld directly onto the Westfield steering column ?
