@Leo H, welcome to THE best car club in the UK! I've been a member (and previously an AO for a short while) since 2009, and a friendlier, more helpful bunch you couldn't meet! -

Warm Welcome @Leo H Plenty of folks local to you. The Derby/Notts area meet at the Clock in Shardlow the first Thursday of the month. Great mix of people and cars. Be nice to see you there soon. https://www.clockwarehousepub.co.uk/?utm_source=gbp&utm_medium=Yext&y_source=1_OTMyODgwNC03MTUtbG9jYXRpb24ud2Vic2l0ZQ%3D%3D Upstairs! You also have the Peak District area too. Recommend joining them. Great driving roads. They have an event this weekend too if you’re available. If you fancy slightly further the Warwickshire area is very active too! Next event for them is a Sprint Trackday. ATB HB. -

Welcome to the club, that's a great colour combination! -
Hi all, recently pulled the trigger on my first Westfield after realising what I’d been missing out on all these years! I had never previously considered a 7 type car as I’m 6ft4 and never thought I’d fit in one. A conversation with my mate Lee (soon to be on his 3rd westy) got me thinking and pointed me towards Toybox cars which happens to be just up the road from me. What a place that is! Andrew soon had me sitting in various cars and I was pleasantly surprised. In hindsight it should’ve been blatantly obvious, they’re kit cars, they can literally be made to fit. Next thing I know I’m in the passenger seat blatting along the country lanes around Ashby , taking corners at crazy speeds and almost immediately the decision had been made (see the pic below) Hoping there’s some WSCC meets in my local area (Leics/derby/notts), be good to meet up with a few of you guys, get some pointers and check out your rides

Martyn Vann - Warwickshire AO posted a topic in Local Area Meets, Events & Kit Car Shows
We are heading to the Classic Car Weekly, Cars and Coffee Morning at Wythall Transport Museum on Sunday 26th April. Entry is from 9am until 11am. It is free for car and driver, £5 for passengers. I'm aiming for 9 to 9.30am arrival as it does get busy. We can't park together, unless we arrive at the same time but that's not too important. See details on the link; https://www.wythall.org.uk/ccw We plan to leave around 12 to head to a car and bike themed cafe called Revs, on the Fosse Way, near Shipston on Stour. Revs Automobilia, Rowborough, Moreton-in-Marsh GL56 9RE Anyone want to join us at either, or both venues? -

There is a co-ordinated parking area (Westfield Alley) specifically for you at the WSCC pitch, where volunteer marshals will help you to park (assuming you arrive in the Westfield) -
