    What the postie brought today!

I love these things but they’re not for me, it says “intelligent driving features” right on the box, I’m immediately excluded.

  11. Thank you, you are quite right about the pics! It makes sense. Will take more when it is next out and about. Thanks appreciated. 👍

    Membership Renewal

That's because your membership package with printed magazines expired, so you received a courtesy email about it. Your membership package with electronic magazines is the current one. Nothing to worry about. It's all explained in great hairy detail in the automated emails that go out.
  13. I have access to some things and have looked at the mailing lists for Autumn and Winter 2024, and Spring 2025 - you were on all of those mailing lists so they were posted to you. The odds are that the address in your profile is correct, but it's worth checking it to be sure. The vast majority of lost magazines and calendars seem to come from deliveries outside the control of Royal Fail, ie. off the UK mainland - make of that what you will. (As an aside, my sister-in-law worked for Jersey Mail and I would not hesitate to blame that "individual" for any failings of the post on the island.) While it's completely outside the club's control (or mine), I'm sorry for the issues you've had. My personal (non-club) recommendation is while the post outside Royal Fail is so seemingly unreliable, and if I were in your position (which I will never be as I won't live on the same island as her - rant over), I would opt for electronic magazine membership from the Store at £35 p.a. and hope the calendar gets past my sister-in-law.

  17. Apologies if this has been asked before but... I returned to the fold a year ago and received a few printed issues of WW as a welcome pack - but nothing at all after that other than a PDF link to the winter issue and the 2025 calendar. I thought I had the "posted printed" membership but I am left wondering. I now need to renew but am not sure whether to go with printed or electronic. Has something gone awry with my membership and I should have received more? I've tried to query this with MemSec but not had any response.

    Membership Renewal

I've renewed membership in March (email magazine), but I've just received an email to pay
  19. Just a late reminder that we are meeting this evening as usual even though we have our track day tomorrow! The weather is looking good so hopefully there will be a good turnout of Westfields. See you there! The Falcon Hotel, Birmingham Road, Hatton, CV35 7HA from around 7.30pm.

Your kind sponsorship would be greatly appreciated- Great Manchester Run 1/2 Marathon 18th May 2025

With respect, an upgrade on that front might be required. Have you tried selling them into servitude? That would surely raise a tidy sum!

    Bad Headlines, Stories & Advertisements

For those wondering, it’s about a statue of a Civil War officer, General John Lee Hooker.

Thanks to Geoff @Geoff101 for your kind and generous donation. I really appreciate it! The people in this great club never fail to amaze me! I've been sponsored by more on here than family and work colleagues put together!

    Widetrack front wishbones

Wise choice I just paid 270 Inc vat for the whole kit from rally design and you get to use original shox
  24. New video above 🙂
  25. I don’t think the photos are doing the ad any favours. You need to roll it out into the sunshine and take photos in landscape format. Better yet, photos of it in nice locations that help people imagine what owning it would be like. Photos of it in the garage don’t inspire or excite people (unless it’s a rare unknown car covered in dust - a Mercedes Gullwing alloy body that sat for 50 years just sold for $10m, but I digress). Better photos will help!

    Widetrack front wishbones

Thanks for the heads up i was ideally looking for westfield. But with factoring in getting them blasted and recoating and buying new balls i may aswell just buy brand new direct from rally design
