There are a couple in the register with the plate Q***MTW, but ones burgundy the others purple. Both have 1600 crossflow engines, which looks like what's in the one in the pic. So if it's had a paint job from yellow it could be one of those? Be careful sharing information on FB, the current owners may not want it shared. PS I've not seen it attending the Essex area meets, but that's not to say someone owns it and doesn't attend the meets.

Nope, aero screen, no heater, half cage same as you, no carpets. Yep the Honda engine and box are a fair weight. I agree the sadev is likely to reduce the weight, though I'm surprised by as much as you say? I didn't think the Honda box was 60kg. What weight does the Sadev come in at? Have you had your weight measured or is it a Toybox guesstimate? I've not seen a track focused S2000 below 500kg, it's usually the BEC ones that get that low.

At 645kg, I assume yours is a full trimmed road focused with Manual GB, windshield, wipers, heater etc etc. Mine is track focused, the Sadev alone shaves >60kg out. I understand most road going are in the 600kg+ area. I have heard of serious track machines being <475kg

Hi Alta, You've certainly got the roads and scenery for an open top Westfield. As you’ve been a S2000 owner, why not just shift directly to the Westfield Mega S2000 with the same 2.0 VTec and gear box in a circa 550kg vehicle, it’s all fun. If you want more out it, a Centrifugal supercharger is not a big upgrade cost with 350 - 400 bhp potential. Have fun

I completely forgot to update the forum with my purchase from late Summer, was busy busy completing the build & IVA of my another fun car Having been a MegaS2000 fan after a ToyBox Andrew purchase many years ago, I had been searching for a Supercharged MegaS2000 and in particular 1 of the 7 Factory builds. I eventually managed to find one late summer 2025 that I'm sure many of you are already familiar with, it had further upgrades taking it to the next level, particularly a Sadev Box, TTV clutch & Geartronic paddles. At 355bhp, I have to admit that there was a fear in the back of my mind at the thought of being in control such a machine when I collected it After putting a number of miles in since then however, I can honestly say that the Sadev/Paddle combination is a fantastic upgrade to our Westfields and so easy to drive either in town or in"Hurry mode" The Honda VTec engine, with its linear power application and smooth rising boost with the RPM to 9000rpm, just makes this amazing to drive anywhere. Oh, don’t get me wrong, it’s absolutely mind-blowingly fast acceleration when you push it and as fast in braking What a machine and can't wait to get back out to play come spring
