The rule keep changing, but I think if it was registered before June 2001, the old car rules apply, and only a visual test is needed.  Mine's 96 and is never hooked into the meter.

To my knowledge only the Sport Turbo has published CO2 emissions figures. All other Westfield's regardless of their age pay road tax in the UK based on their engine capacity.
