Insurance agreed value

We are insured though "ADRIAN FLUX" and they keep asking me, do I want an agreed value of the car? Does anyone think this is a good idea, if the car is stolen, damaged I would only get market value but if I fill in the forms for an agreed value I could get what the car is actually worth. Help!
