Captain Colonial Posted February 15, 2013 Share Posted February 15, 2013 Hi gang In readiness for the next issue of Westfield World, I've just finished about ten hours of work on fixing a load of member profiles to make sure the mailing list is as "clean" as possible. The club magazine mailing list is generated by the information from each member's profile - so it's really, really important that you keep your profile information up to date (especially after a move) if you want to get the magazines and the year-end calendar! There were a significant number of profiles with either no address or "spoof" address details in them. I can only guess that those members are concerned about their privacy - if you're one of them, don't worry, only you and the administrators can see your address, the other members cannot see any of it. So please do not delete your profile address or just fill it with nonsense, as it will only be you and me who suffer in the end. No need to go off and check your profile (unless you moved recently), all is fine now, but do bear this in mind for the future - there's nothing worse than you not getting your magazine and me saying "I told you so!".
