Cams and venier pulleys £600 new Head gas flowing £400 -£700 depending where you go New cam followers (suggested best practice) £300 and or replacement shims ..assumes you do the valves clearances yourself. Valve seals, head gaskets etc £100 New injectors depends what flow rate injectors you have now 200cc injectors are too small + £300 Rolling road set up £300 ish Plus labour if you don't build the engine yourself. Plan on spending £1800 to £2000 if you do most of the work yourself The engine is still pulls well from low rpm and will give 200 bhp.....if you are prepared to rev it.
