Hullavington Sprint 22nd March 15 - Craven MC

Nick Algar - Competition Secretary

Recommended Posts

This is a new sprint this year organised by Craven MC. It will not be part of our Speed Series events this year, but may be in future.

For anyone that would like to have a go, then WSCC is an invited club and you just need to enter.

Regs etc below :-

Could I check the noise regulation Nick

I know that some airfield are very tight and the regs say cars in cat A + B ( us) need to be to " Road limits"

Any idea what this means?

Trackdays are 100db here, though I'm not sure if that translates to the competitive motorsport world or not.

Nope, normally 108db

I'm afraid I have to put my head over the parapet on this, as I'm one of the organising team.

I've had confirmation that the 108dBA limit will apply.  This wording has been used elsewhere without any problems (to my knowledge). There are no noise restrictions imposed by the site.

Looks good - not ready to enter such things yet - but at least the only 'real' modification seems to be a timing strut. Might pop along as an eye witness  :)
