I'm going for the powdercoated panels and no carpets with an aeroscreen also. I'm hoping no carpets is OK for the IVA.

I don't think it is an issue perhaps unless you have any exposed sharp edges. I would suggest this is why people tend to use the wing piping between the tunnel top and sides so as to have a radiused edge.

you just need to watch the radius of the edges for IVA, particularly on the corners of the tunnel top. As said, rubber wing piping should fix any issues.

Section 12 in the UVA manual gives all the information you need. Essentially on a corner such as between the tunnel top and tunnel side panels you need a radius of 2.5mm but where two panels overlap such as the tunnel top panel to gearstick pannel they only need to be blunted just so long as the panel thickness isn't more than 3.2mm.
