salexander
The engine from the Team Xoomspeed championship winning Westfield. Built only two seasons ago with a mix of new and second hand parts. Only done two seasons of sprints and hillclimbs, albeit double-entered, probably about 500 miles max. Block and crank were dimensionally checked, block honed and chemically dipped at Agra Engineering, Dundee.Omega pistons, new rings, Saenz steel rods, Raceline dry sump, SBD cylinder head (race springs, titanium caps, race cams), keyed crank, SBD lightweight steel crank pulley, ARP head studs, blanked water pump, Cosworth bearings, modified chain tensioner, lightweight Brise alternator (one season old), Raceline oil filter housing, Raceco 54mm direct to head throttle bodies with injectors, fuel rail, filter, air horns, throttle pot), Emerald K3 ECU, Raceline stainless 4-1 exhaust manifold, starter, coilpack & leads. It was dyno'd at JDM in Cumbria two years ago when it was built, it made around 270bhp at 8,300. The engine was barely run-in when it was on the dyno, so it may have loosened off a bit...£5,195.Stephen AlexanderEmail at macspeed77@gmail.com, phone 07771-722217
