@Simmo41 check, but believe you need longer bolts on the top, front wishbone mounts. Need to be able to fit a spacer (10mm long, if I remember rightly) at the rear, to prevent the headlamp bracket contacting the wishbone, as the suspension travels upwards. Rubbish photo, but this is my front offside, you can see the spacer between the chassis bracket and the headlamp bracket.
There are so many daft idiots going up the mountains unprepared. This is just another example to add to the list.

Just run the oil through some hessian and look for silver slithers. None found then it should be fine. As said, you may have builders lubes , camshaft oil etc from the build, but I wouldnt get too worried about it. I used to panic a lot on my X flows after spending a shed load at the engine builder, he told me to stop fretting, you run it in , which is more than his race engines would get, so just change the oil and use it 'properly'.....
