Went to the XTR2 test day at MIRA today.

Fantastic is all I can say.

Unbelievable car, fantastic driver (not me of course).

I realised what a westfield can really do and that I obviously haven't been trying hard enough!

Went out for the first lap and the car managed to break a chain or something.

XTR2 was fixed and I got another go in that too. Absolutely mental speed and cornering. A bit of sideways action. Absolutely fantastic.

I forgot to reply to this but, when at the Stafford 'show' I had a good look at the XTR2 chassis that was on display.  Did anyone else notice that the drive cog was not inline with the cog on the axle!  They were at least 3-5mm out of line.

Maybe the chassis wasn't finished, but there didn't appear to be anything missing from the rear setup.  Could this be just a problem with that car or what?  Could it be the reason a chain snapped?

Surely they should line up exactly.  But then I'm not an engineer.

Other than that it looked the dogs !*!"?#!
