Good luck with the 1st meeting. :t-up:

I can't make this one   but hope to make future meets.

Bye the way, my car is the one with the V6 (ford 2.8) that is mentioned above. Blatman has met me at the Penn Sevens and he is right about it being Steve Broughtons ex 95 season car.

Hope to be at the April meet.

Cheers

David

yep I'll be there...  has anyone who's going got an air flow meter? I've tried the tube method but still can't get the engine running nice :( . It would need to be the type that fits the trumpet mouth.

See you all on the 10th

Gary.

I'll be there. I can bring a carbalancer, if that's any good. No doubt someone will bring a more whizzo bit of kit but I'm sure we can sort it out in any case.

Sounds excellent!  Actually I don't think anything more whizzy than that would fit... they're not the sort of jenveys that have the vacuum take offs, so it has to be a bell-mouth type of device.

I wonder whether it might be a vacuum leak, so I'm going to try blatmans 'spray WD40 around the manifold' trick too.

Cheers

Gary.

current forecast is sunny intervals with no rain!  I hope they are right!

The pub is going to be full of people dining with their Mum's isn't it?

For all those coming along tomorrow.

Hope all your Westies are polished and looking shiny, I'll be taking some piccies for Westfield World.

Haven't looked at the weather forecast though.

The Thames Valley had its first meeting today with an excellent turn out (18 in total) despite the weather.  Great to meet everyone at last.

One of us almost didn't make it to the first meeting, cycled all the way from Maidenhead, 7 miles, to within 1/2 mile of the Devil Inn, then turned back and cycled home again.  Must be mad!

Which pub? what time?

Next meet Mr Finlayson is Devil Inn, 14th April, Midday onwards.
