was up there today to sort my cv joints out.  Parts appear to be understaffed however the people have not changed and they give excellent service.  Sorted out my problems with cv joints and fitted them foc while I waited.  Could not have asked for more.

How true is that!

Every time I finally get through to the parts guys they couldn't be more helpful but I left machine messages for them yesterday and today and left a mesage with the reception after that and still haven't heard back   .

I don't think these guys are lazy so I can only think that Westfield are turning down sales because they don't employ enough staff to answer the phones and take money off people .

Another Update........

Good news, Russ just phoned me back, (wasn't expecting any call back)  said he has the upright in his hand and is sending it over night and will be with me in the morning, also throwing in some Hub Nut Covers (New style ones, not metal)

Just to echo that, the repair shop doing my car ordered the new body parts from the factory first thing this morning.  I sent an email as well with all the details just to make sure all was understood and no wrong GRP parts were made, and Gavin answered back within five minutes!  Top marks and a big up to Gavin and the Parts Department!

Seconded the above comments.  I called the factory yesterday afternoon for some parts, was promissed they'd be sent out straight away and sure enough they arrived this morning.
