spm Posted January 5, 2011 Share Posted January 5, 2011 Back to the topic for a minute, just a thought ...... ...assuming you've got a flat floor as well as a diffuser, should the diffuser have a hole in the rear "flip up", so that air coming in from the nose cone > engine bay > transmission tunnel can exit un hindered out the back of the car, or will it find its own way out via the wheel arches ? Blatman Posted January 5, 2011 Share Posted January 5, 2011 Air from the transmission tunnel will bleed off over the sides of the diffuser and out in to the wheel arches (and anywhere else there is a gap), 'cos there's no way to seal them. These are made in gloss black and have a woven matt finish, producing a strong product. These weigh 3.5kg.
