Keith Scarfe Posted May 28, 2002 Share Posted May 28, 2002 The first race meeting there was actually on May 13th 2001, and Westfields featured in the meeting. Some bloke called Keith Scarfe was the second person in history to win there. We were the second race of the day. The 'K Sports' winner will be known as the first ever person to win there as they were first on the bill. The coys festival was a few weeks later.
