Without going in to silly money what is the sort of prices for wheels and tyres (yoko's preferably)? and where is the best place to get them? I personally would fit 13" or 15" wheels. 14's are a half way house, with the worst of both worlds, IMO. 13's will be cheaper for both rims and tyres, and would come in at well under your budget if you shop around carefully for the wheels.
