Edo
Hi folks. My first post. I am in the process of looking at/buying a Westfield. the car will be a second car, and since I live in London, and don't have the luxury of a garage, I am looking to buy a good outdoor car cover. Can anyone who uses one outside recommend one to me? All suggestions appreciated. Ed.
peterg
Try these people not cheap (my NOAH fabric one was about £250) but well made and they keep the car clean and dry - mine was kept on a trailer in the garden over the winter until I had room in my garage for it to start the rebuild and it was fine. The cover has tie downs to stop flapping when being towed on the trailer as well but it can be tailored to fit depending on whether you have a spare wheel, aeroscreen, large/small headlights etc.
Si Stocks
Try these guys - not cheap but have had one for a couple of years now and it's done the job admirably - they used to have a website but I've just had a quick look and couldn't find it - might be worth giving them a call to see if they've got one - Covercraft of Europe 74 Maltings Place, Bagleys Lane, London, SW6 2BY, England Tel: 0207 736 3214, Fax: + 44 (0) 171 384 2384 E-mail: sales@cover-craft.demon.co.uk There were some other threads about this a while back so you might want to have a search to see if that turns up anything as remember there were quite a few other, cheaper alternatives that people had found were well up to the job. All the best Simon
