Roman
I have one from either 1989-1990 not quite sure, what are you after might be able to scan pages and e-mail to you?
1993sei
Rear end and steering mainly really but the whole manual woud be great. Where abouts are you?? as I could come and pick up the copy. I really need the diff mounting in the chassis asap as the car is going off to AB performance to have the engine fitted middle of this week. If that is possible. 1993sei
Thank you so much that is fantastic and has answered almost all of my questions. I was having trouble lining the diff into postion not realising it needs the drive sfts in place before it is torqued down and also the orientation of the washers. My only problem now is the steering rack as mine is not from an ellegro. If I can help you in any way please let me know. Blatman
QUOTE My only problem now is the steering rack as mine is not from an ellegro. Good! The steering rack should never be from an Allegro! Westfield steering racks are Mk1 or Mk2 Escort. Mk2 racks have metric fittings, so go for one of them. The lower column is an Allegro. The upper column in a narrow is almost certainly Mk2 Escort. Roman
If anyone else wants a copy of the SEi early build manual I can e-mail it over in 2 pdf files as it is quite large. Glad it helped get some way to resolving your problem Dave.
