jetting for VX on Webbers ?

Borrowed this from our 'older brothers' site a few weeks ago, very helpful of them I thought!    :D

The jets for most power on a standard tune VX with weber 45's are

Power at 7000 rpm

Choke 40

Main jets 170

Emulsion tubes F16

Air corr 180

Idle 50F6

Pump 45

More road tractable but not a lot in it on 3d mapping...

Choke 38

Main jets 150

Emulsion tubes F16

Air corr 180

Idle 60F8

Pump 45 try 40's

looks ok but try a 36 - 38 choke for road use this will give you more tract and mid range 40 is a bit to big ,idles vary from 45 to 55 but can be set on either  :0

Is there anybody who knows what jet size to use on 45s on a 2ltr red top and size of tubes ??????

Cheers for information on jets, it looks like I'm spending again, but it will be all worth it, so I keep telling the better half!
