Sounds much like the SAAB-engine.   Not in brittain. Check (mainly in Sweden I guess and mostly due to availability and our bhp restrictions on a car) Tall. Check. Need modified sump and V8 bonnet.

Hi Guys,

This is my first post... How exciting!!

Dad and i just bought a 2nd hand westfield with a mitsibishi Saturn motor that supposedley makes 120 - 125kw which i think would be about 160bhp??

We will have it dyno'd soon

"Grunt" fitted with TVR Chimera V8 about 245 BHP I was informed? ???  ???  ???

But after speaking to Barry, I'll let you know the difference when I fit the tubular exhaust manifolds and get a better designed air box than westy's cut down version. :p

Will have to wait till I come back from France. :(  :(  :(

2.0 L Zetec on 45mm Jenvey's with Raceline Exhaust Manifold, Inlet Manifold and Cams 188BHP

Looking forward to changing the first letter of the engine name to get some proper power. :cool:

2.3 Duratec with ported head, Cams, pocketed high comp pistons, H beam rods, simpson exhaust and 45mm TB's

target 260bhp 190ft/lb torque

probably not enough !!
