geelhoed Posted July 14, 2005 Posted July 14, 2005 Some dickless(*) piece of pocket lint reversed into my nosecone. The grill got bent by the towhook. All this is guessing as he/she didn't leave a note of course. Would have been worth it if I had seen it. Ever wondered if glassfiber is as bad taken rectally as it is breathing it? (*) not saying it was a woman, but is was parallel parked..... Quote
Frau Vesty Posted July 14, 2005 Posted July 14, 2005 It wouldn't have been a woman. Women either stop with about 15 feet of space still behind them, or if it's a bit tight, drive off and find another space. /sweeping generalisation, but I bet I'm right... Quote
neilb Posted July 14, 2005 Posted July 14, 2005 If it was a women then she would have been in a 4x4 and there would be nothing left of your car - volvo driver if I had to place a bet. Quote

Peter Cox Posted July 15, 2005 Posted July 15, 2005 [vague attempt at stereotypical Dutch humour] Could have been a Vandriver backed into it Unless of course, he hit a Van Wall or a Van Dyke (Dick! [Joe moment]My 3yo son calls the main actor in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, "Dick Dan Vyke". For some reason anything that now goes wrong or breaks is also "Oh, Dick Dan Vyke!" [/Joe moment] Quote
