Ford Fiesta XR2

Recommended Posts

I am not a WSCC member so I hope I don't offend anyone by placing this here. I have a 1983 Ford Fiesta XR2 which has a 1600 crossflow engine. It has 95k on the clock, don't know if this is genuine. It also has a set of 14" XR3i dog leg alloys on it. It may make an ideal donor vehicle to someone's project.

Mail me or tel 07904438866 for details.

If I remember correctly, the Fiesta X-flow is not suitable for converting. 2 things spring to mind, one is that the threads are metric (should not be too much of a problem) but the main issues is there are some dimensional changes, I can't remember what they are, but I am sure someone can shed light on it, something I think to do with the end of the crank/flywheel.
