Jan Coombes Posted January 8, 2005 Author Posted January 8, 2005 I lived in Richmond for 2 years and loved it, nice house right next to the park, renting with 4 rather fit girls, played for the local hockey team, nice restaurants, and in the summer the river pubs were full of totty, I mean really good quality totty. (Its all about the totty) So no surprise to find out it was about the 2nd most expensive place to live in London. So I had buy a place out in Essex, but given the choice (if work would let me) I'd move up to the midlands. 1. Better value for money, 2. Most of the people come across friendly. (call you "DUCK" etc) 3. Better value for money (house's etc) 4. Closer to motor racing tracks 5. easier girls??? I think there is a lot of banter, about north and south, but we need to be united against the common enemy "The peoples front of Judea" No the French! Quote

adhawkins Posted January 8, 2005 Posted January 8, 2005 Look at it this way Mark, knowing that should put property prices in your area up, to try to put him off Andy Quote
