New NCR's replacing the Blue book.

For 2025 Motorsport UK have introduced NCR's ( National Competition Rules) going forward. This is primarily a change of format to make them easier to read and also using hyperlinks to allow you to quickly see the regulation being reference. There should not have been any changes in the actually meaning of the rules themselves that has not already been passed by the relevant Committee. Below is the Link to them.
