I have a brand new from factory RH cortina upright blank. I did get it fully assembled but swapped it over to the non Westfield branded item from Hi-spec to match the other side.       It does come with inserts but these weren’t the correct ones for my mega S2000 setup.   These will set you back £78 +P&P from Hi-spec and won’t come with the Westfield logo.   Looking for £50+P&P or collection from Warrington.
