Carbon zk nose

Carbon zk nose 

 

Put some graft into this in the last 48 hours but the tooling is now complete!

 

These are a mega style nose which have a deeper lower section  to accommodate a oil cooler these fit in an identical way to a  standard Zk nose 

 

Normally sketch with me Prepreg so light and strong this one in the picture has been clear coated but available uncoated for the more serious peddler who  is looking to save every gram .

I wonder how hard I need to hit something in the garage to bust the nosecone but not do any further damage 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

 

Any idea on price Ash?

The picture attached here is of the same style nose fitted to my old mega s2000 i can also trim the nose so it has the extra air flow

don’t do it the way I did - fitted the carbon nosecone and then the car chose to roll into the garage door…..

 

It looks excellent - I predict high demand, so hopefully Ash will get a good return on his hard work. If he makes enough profit on the nosecones, he might do a bonnet…..

Unfortunately due to an increase in materials and consumables the carbon nose are going up in price 

Race quality will be £650

Show quality will be £850

 

The new price start from 7th October
