Westfield SEIW Redtop with Vauxhall 2000 16v XE engine running standard injection in gleaming red with silver stripe

I have enjoyed owning this car immensely but it hasn't been getting the track or road use it deserves so its time to sell.

 

Built in 2009 to a very high standard, using new components as required, by a Vauxhall / "Seven” derived cars specialist.

 

I purchased it in December 2011 having only done 150 miles – it has now covered 3,700 miles.  It has 1 former keeper per the V5 (the builder) and I am the second owner having owned it for the last 10 years.

 

The car has been finished in bright red with silver nose band and centre stripe, colour coded front cycle wings.  Its one of the early widebodies (arches don’t detach).

 

The car is minimalistic and lightweight with a track focus with no carpets, heating, or windscreen, with one piece aluminium floor powder coated black with all other aluminium panels powder coated to match, with lightweight Triton Race Product GRP seats.

 

I have tracked this car numerous times on airfield and traditional race circuits.  Issues ironed out many years ago (including cam cover breathing modification) so that it runs without issue, without fade, maximising the fun!

 

A few small issues - one front cycle wing has a scratch, the other has a crack and a small hole.

 

Road legal - MOT expires 2 July 2022.

 

Car is based near Twyford - RG10.
