stephenh
I've just entered for a fun trackday at Prescott Hillclimb track, in my Jaguar XKR. It is an E-type celebration day, as it is 60 years since the launch of the original E-Type. The reason for my post is that I was taken by surprise that in order to sign-in on line, I had to have an MSA licence! The good news is that the licence required is just an RS Clubman licence, so not a Speed event licence, and it is free, and available on line free of charge. So, just a heads up that these things are coming in. What was really bizarre to me was that I had to apply for a licence for my "young" lady, just so that she could sign-in on line as a passenger! what is that all about? Maybe it is because Prescott is managed by the Bugatti Owner's Club?😄
Kingster
I guess if it’s a hillclimb track there may be different rules to a “normal” trackday where a road driving licence is acceptable?
Mark (smokey mow)
It sounds like it’s a demonstration run for a MSUK club rather than a track day.
