I was Manchester AO for about five years, It's a bit like herding sheep ;)

That's probably a good analogy. :yes:

 

I guess it depends if

1, you want to herd sheep in the first place

2, are you any good at herding sheep

3, do the sheep want to be herded 

4, are there any sheep to be herded....
