Christmas lights

All the neighbours have lights up but I resisted until today. get lights out of loft and try them, all working.

 

Get ladder out spend over an hour hanging them up and switch on again and half of them now not working. All LED so not the usual test bulb malarky. 

 

Spend next half an hour ripping them down and throwing in the bin, season of goodwill?

Wendy has started the #####** decorating and lights in the house....

and I'll have to put the outside lights out as soon as it's dry.

 

But I did decorate the hifi 😁

We were in Barbados last year in December and it was weird seeing decorations and false snow everywhere 

do they do that in Thailand

12 days of Christmas? More like 12 weeks. Bah, humbug!  One of my neighbours has already started with lights on the trees in their garden. Not even December yet.

 We've not yet done a Christmas in Thailand Jeff, but 10 years ago we had a couple of days in Kuala Lumpur during the build up to Christmas, and they go way over the top. DSCF0984.thumb.JPG.dc25bcf47771c9a2945abd282098eaa7.JPG

 

I'll tell you what is weird though, seeing Father and Mother Christmas walking along Bondi Beach with sunbathers in the background :oops:
