Westfield Megabusa

Original owner collected the kit from Westfield September 2008, SVA March 2009, registered April 2009

I have owned this car for 3 years now and it has been absolutely faultless. It has been regularly serviced using top quality Ester Synthetic race motorcycle oil and last winter I had the gearbox overhauled (just as a matter of course) by a local Suzuki approved garage.

Currently showing 24k miles this truly is a reliable Megabusa with lots and lots of added ‘no expense spared’ bolt ons

MOT currently until 26 June 2021

Engine

2007 Suzuki Hayabusa engine from Yorkshire Engines (700 miles old when fitted)

SB Developments/Nova Racing dry sump system, Aeroquip hoses and unions all anodised black

SB Development high volume oil pump gear

Factory Pro Evo shift star – improves gearshift

Westfield dry sump tank

Flatshifter Expert (autoblip on down shift and full throttle gearchange)

ECU re-flashed using ECU Editor – removed ignition restriction in lower gears and top speed limit

Powerspeed exhaust can – no catalyst also repackable (repacked 18 months ago with Acoustifil).

OE exhaust can with cat also included with sale

AB Performance paddle shift

Davies Craig electric water pump (EWP115)

70mm alloy radiator

Chassis

Black powder coated panels sealed with Sikaflex 221

Custom made TRT (torque resilient tube) propshaft and centre bearing mount (Bailey Morris)

3.38 Granada LSD differential

Westfield/HiSpec 4 pot calipers (front) Sierra rear calipers

Protech rear shock absorbers, Gaz front shock absorbers

2.4 turn quick rack

MOMO 290mm steering wheel with quick release boss (Demon Tweeks supplied)

Westfield widetrack

Compomotive CXR wheels 7 x 13 inch.

185/60/13 Toyo R888 – Front

205/60/13 Toyo R888 – Rear

Full Caged cage – chassis specified with mounting bosses welded in

No reverse gearbox fitted

Body/Interior

Orange bodywork V8 bonnet with black front cycle wings GSX1300R logo on the bonnet scoop Westfield GRP race seats with custom seat pads – orange piping

Leather handbrake gaiter – orange stitching

3 inch 4 point harnesses with aircraft buckle

Race Technology Digital Dash 2 with matching water and oil sensors from Race Technology

Carbon fibre dashboard

Carbon fibre sill protectors

Carbon fibre pedal box panel.

Carbon a like arch protectors

Carbon a like boot panel cover (I have a proper carbon one but not fitted yet)

Savage/Trilogy switches (black)

Blinkstop unit fitted.

Longacre 14” rear view mirror mounted to cage

Suzuki motorbike mirrors mounted to cage

5 ¾ black headlamps with Osram Nightbreakers fitted

Westfield carbon a like rear light clusters

Full Soft Bits for 7 Tonneau cover (zip down middle) and drivers half door

Bad bit

Bodywork is in fantastic condition but the front indicator was pulled out a couple of years ago creating a small hole in the nosecone. I have repaired this with fibreglass and body filler but never actually sprayed it back to the right colour orange – instead I covered it with the sticker seen in the picture, you cannot tell there is filler behind the sticker and infact I think the sticker looks great!

Looking for offers around £18,000

Assuming this is your car, do you want it moved to the correct Westfields for Sale area?

Adding lots of pics will also help.

Very confused! @kenton is this your car???

Usually - external adverts are just that - “external” with a link

This is very “ internally” worded 😁
