Nic Chase (NICO) - Shropshire & Mid-Wales AO
I’m really not sure what they are going to do with all that data 😳 As for Alexa listening in to all our conversations. I have to shout at it to get it to do anything !!
NickBW
There is a great documentary called "The Great Hack" https://www.imdb.com/title/tt9358204/ It goes into detail that in the US, Facebook had 200 odd of data points on every person. Very interesting stuff. Shows that we are in a generation where are so lax in giving so much information away. this information is now worth billions to these companies. https://www.investopedia.com/tech/how-much-can-facebook-potentially-make-selling-your-data/ You remember the 10 year photo challenge which floated on Facebook and other social media outlets. https://www.forbes.com/sites/nicolemartin1/2019/01/17/was-the-facebook-10-year-challenge-a-way-to-mine-data-for-facial-recognition-ai/#278c2bf15859
