It’s alive!!!!! The heart beats again

So I am not far off the IVA. It's been a longer journey than expected but I can't be disappointed. As they say it's the journey, not the destination. Working on ASP000 has been a really rewarding lear

So I couldn’t get a video but we just did the first drive around the car park. What can I say other than two boys and a dad with grins from ear to ear.    We even managed a few power slides.

I applaud the perfectly placed hole for the lambda, but suspect you might have to enlarge it a bit...you’ll be surprised just how much the engine jumps about and rotates under torque, and by the time you add the distance from centre of rotation to where the probe is, it translates into quite a distance.

@corsechris thanks for the advice mate, I hadn’t really thought about how much the exhaust would move given small movement from the engine. At least I got the hole in the right place. Will open it up later

Hi Paul, sorry no first hand experience, however I 'think' you don't have to do anything in map4000. You just wire up the wideband in place of the narrow band sensor.

The Omex 600 manual suggests:

Hi Jim it’s on the 20th and I would love to use your trailer if available. The weather for that day is predicted as snow. When would be a suitable time to pickup the trailer?

Hi Paul

You could collect it any time to suit you,it’s doing nothing so just help yourself.

Give me a ring when your ready but watch the weather,we were snowed in for three days recently but it was possible with 4wd vehicles.

@Jim cunliffe would it be possible to pop up later this week or send my dad?

Yes Paul, anytime, please give me a ring to make sure I’m home! Not likely to be going anywhere except for a bit of fresh air maybe !
