darve
I know we have some IT tech guys on here so hoping someone will be able to help with this problem. I've researched it but to be honest, I very quickly get confused with all the techy terminology. @Chris King - Webmaster and Joint North East AO@Blatman I used Zoho Mail to "host" (not sure if the correct term) my email and it has worked great for the last couple of years. It looks like today my email address (or domain?) has been blacklisted and won't go through to office 365 users (only my understanding based on following the links in the error message). The error message is as follows: service@castlepointgas.co.uk INVALID_ADDRESS, ERROR_CODE :550, ERROR_CODE :5.7.511 Access denied, banned sender[185.20.209.248]. To request removal from this list please forward this message to delist@messaging.microsoft.com. For more information please go to http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=526653. AS(508) [VE1EUR01FT018.eop-EUR01.prod.protection.outlook.com] I've tested the above IP here and everything looks ok: https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=mx%3a185.20.209.248&run=toolpage I've forwarded the above bounced message to delist@messaging.microsoft.com but that bounced back haha I've also tried completing this form https://sender.office.com/ but it says "Delisting request of IP address 185.20.209.248 was previously received and is being processed. This may take up to 30 minutes to take effect." Maybe because I forwarded the email? I've left it a few hours and sent a few test emails but they have bounced back still. What do I do to sort this? The email address is admin@wardlettings.co.uk Ta muchly Dave
NickBW
There seems to be a lot of related issues pointing to Zoho forums: https://help.zoho.com/portal/community/topic/invalid-address-error-code-550-error-code-verification-failed Also, that IP in your email error response is not blacklisted: https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=mx%3A185.20.209.248&run=toolpage# Raise a support call with Zoho? I moved my domain+email to google suite and havent had issues, have you thought of moving provider?
NickBW
185.20.209.248 your IP seems clean on every search i have done https://whatismyipaddress.com/blacklist-check Do you need to update your SFP? https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/adminconsole/spf-configuration.html
darve
Tried updating sfp but either it hasn't worked or I don't know what I'm doing (most likely answer!) Have now raised a helpdesk with zoho All seems like black magic to me!
Kingster
You could try adding a dkim record. Talking you through it might not be easy though!
darve
Well I'm not sure what I've done but it's working now Could never get the SPF verification to work before Deleted all the TXT values and re put them in and it's now verified Maybe that sorted it! Have found the DKIM selector and have added the TXT Value. Not recognising at the moment but says it can take up to an hour. Will wait and see! Thanks all
Blatman
Glad you git it sorted. I see you tagged me in here. Unfortunately e-mail is not my area of expertise. Most of what you said looks like ancient Mayan to me...
